Quantum Management are a specialist CDM practice providing CDM co-ordination services to both public and private sector clients. From 2000 to the present, Quantum Management Ltd have acted as Planning Supervisors and CDM co-ordinators on a variety of different projects including residential developments ranging from small numbers of dwellings upto £multi-million mill conversions and new apartment blocks, factory and commercial premises projects, residential homes and schools.
If you are planning on altering, extending a building or structure or building a new one then CDM Regulations place a number of specific duties on you. The role of the CDM co-ordinator is to ensure that these specific duties are met and adhered to throughout the course of the project.
